I do not manage to pay (or late on payment), when will you block my site? Is it possible to postpone the disconnection of sites?

You have 10 days in the beginning of each pay period, to pay for hosting services. If balance is not replenished in 5 days, billing disconnects FTP-access to the server, if balance is not still replenished in 10 days, billing blocks WEB-access to the sites on your account.
